Event Hosting
Do you want to host a private event such as a birthday party, riding clinic, horse show, pony club meeting, or rating – but don’t have the venue or necessary supplies to host it? At Paradox Farm, we offer a facility rental option for those that want a private and fun weekend with all their horse friends.
This is a good option for larger scaled organized events, especially for groups that need access to the entire property and don’t want to pay the individual schooling fees per horse. Day/weekend rates are a one time fee and do not limit the amount of horses. We have limited permanent stabling on site and riders must pay separately for stabling. We can bring in temporary stabling for an additional fee.
Note: the event organizer must provide proof of their own liability insurance.
Facility rentals include the following benefits:
- Event organizer will have full and private event access to the XC course, dressage court, round pen, and arena.
- Property will be closed for any riders outside of the event.
- Organizer will be provided with access to tables & chairs, cones, professional show jumps/fillers, arena decorations, and parking signage needed
- Course change assistance prior to event and arena drag throughout event. When schooling, riders are schooling what is set up by Mallory. For private events, organizer has the ability to change and move the entire course at their discretion.
- With proof of license/insurance, event organizer will be provided use of a utility vehicle for the duration of the event with a $250 security deposit, and access to a mega phone, walkie talkies, and headset speakers for an additional $100 tech fee.
2024 RATES
Weekend Rental – $1,500 (5:00 pm Thur. to 5:00 pm Sun.)
Includes all day Friday and Saturday (no time limit) & Sunday until 5 pm, with Thursday evening after 5:00 pm to set up and allow for horse arrivals
Day Rental – $750 per day (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Gates open for arrivals at 7 am day of event, with set up available after 5 pm night prior.
